Terms

These terms apply to visit requests made via ulmara.top and to private consultations arranged with Ulmara.

Last updated: 25 July 2026

1. Who we are

Ulmara operates a private consulting practice at Suite 3, King Street Clinic Rooms, 48 King Street, Manchester M2 4WQ, England. Contact: [email protected] · +44 161 833 4190.

Ulmara is not an NHS service. Using this website or attending a private consultation does not create an NHS care pathway.

2. What you can request online

The website allows you to request an in-person consultation. Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking and not a contract for treatment until Ulmara confirms an appointment with you.

We do not sell medicines, devices, or supplements through this site. We do not provide online diagnosis, prescriptions via the form, or emergency care.

3. Fees

Published consultation fees (VAT where applicable) are:

  • Men’s Health Consultation (45 min) — £130
  • Specialist initial (40–50 min): Urology £250 · Cardiology £285 · Hormone & vitality £270 · Orthopaedics £240 · Metabolic health £225 · Sleep & recovery £215
  • Follow-up (20 min): Men’s Health £90 · Specialist £165

Included: clinician time and clinical examination within the booked visit. Not included: laboratory tests, imaging, procedures, medicines, and referral letters beyond the visit — these are arranged and charged separately when needed. You will be told about extra costs before they are incurred where practicable.

4. Payment

Payment is not taken on this website. After an appointment is confirmed, payment is arranged at the practice by debit/credit card or bank transfer. Insurance may be discussed on request; cover is not guaranteed. Do not send card numbers through the visit request form.

5. Cancellation and non-attendance

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment by emailing [email protected] or calling +44 161 833 4190.

If a prepayment was taken and you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, we refund that prepayment within 14 days. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend, the prepayment may be retained to cover the reserved time.

6. Clinical limitations

Consultations are professional medical services. Outcomes vary between individuals. Nothing on this website promises a cure, a fixed result, or a specific timeframe for improvement. This site does not replace your GP, NHS pathways, or emergency services. For emergencies call 999 or go to A&E.

7. Website use

You must provide accurate contact details for visit requests. You must not misuse the site (for example attempting to disrupt security or submit automated spam). Content on the site is for general information about Ulmara’s private services and fees.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, Ulmara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or from delays in responding to a non-urgent visit request.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Confirmed appointments already booked will be honoured on the fee and cancellation basis agreed at confirmation unless a change is required by law.
