Ulmara is a compact private consulting practice on King Street in Manchester. We are not a hospital network and not an NHS clinic. The rooms are quiet, the schedule is appointment-based, and this page is a prospectus: who we are, what consultations cost, which directions we cover, and how to request a visit.
Men’s health is the centre of our day-to-day work. That means unhurried conversations about general wellbeing, midlife health reviews as a practice profile — not a marketing hook aimed at a visitor’s age — and clear pathways into specialist consultations when those are the better fit. Urology, cardiology, hormone and vitality review, orthopaedics, metabolic health, and sleep and recovery sit as an index of care, not as a symptom quiz and not as an online diagnosis service.
How Ulmara works
You request a visit through the form below or by telephone. Ulmara contacts you to confirm a time. There is no payment on this website and no collection of card details here. Fees are published in full so you can decide before you share contact details. If you are unsure which consultation to choose, select “Not sure — please advise” and we will help you pick an appropriate first appointment when we call.
Consultations are in person at Suite 3, King Street Clinic Rooms. Home visits are not offered. Same-day guarantees are not promised. We keep the practice small on purpose: fewer simultaneous sessions, more attention to the person in the room, and fewer surprises about cost.
What this page is — and is not
This prospectus explains private consulting services. It does not sell medicines, devices, or supplements. It does not issue prescriptions through the web form. It does not replace emergency care. If you need urgent medical help, call 999 or go to the nearest A&E.
We avoid exaggerated claims. Outcomes of clinical care vary between individuals. A consultation is a professional medical service; it is not a cure promise and not a substitute for ongoing NHS care you may already have. Where specialist input is needed, we discuss that openly, including fees for follow-up visits.
If you prefer to read the practical rules first — what is included, what is billed separately, how payment works, and how cancellations are handled — continue to Practicalities, then send a request when you are ready.
